FAQs
What kind of license comes with the photos / videos?
You have a perpetual, worldwide license for any use. Unless otherwise agreed upon, Merge9 retains the right to use the photos / videos for self-promotional purposes.
Can you fly anywhere?
We’re subject to altitude limitations set by Transport Canada. We can fly in most locations, with the exception airports.
What kind of image quality can I expect?
We use professional drones with high quality cameras. Photo and video quality will be excellent.
How will I receive my photos / videos?
All files will be sent digitally for review and for final delivery. We use a software specifically made for quickly and easily reviewing photos and videos online.
How long until I receive my photos / videos?
If little to no post-production is needed, turnout can be one business day.
Can you fly in bad weather?
We can fly in fairly high winds, and potentially light rain. However, rain can easily get onto the camera lens which results in poor image quality.
Flying is cold weather can result in shorter flight times, but is typically not an issue.
