1. Ship your Products
Ship your products to our Ottawa based studio. Once we’ve received your shipment, we’ll discuss the shoot over the phone to ensure we know exactly what you’re after.
2. Shooting and Editing
Your products will be photographed to match your brand and other existing products. After the shoot, all photos are professionally retouched.
3. Digital Delivery
Our turn-around times are very fast. We know that time is money. We will format your photos so they’re ready to upload to your website or e-commerce platform of choice.

10-19 Photos - $42.99 each

3 Business days - $10 additional charge per photo

FAQs
What kind of license comes with the photos?
You have a perpetual, worldwide license for any use. Unless otherwise agreed upon, Merge9 retains the right to use the photos for self-promotional purposes.
What happens to my products after the shoot?
You have a number of options. We can ship them back to you at cost, donate them, or recycle / dispose of them.
Note that we will keep the products until we know you’re happy with your photographs.
Where can I use my product photos?
Anywhere you like. We will size and format your photos so they’re compatible with whatever e-commerce platform you choose. For example - Amazon, Shopify, Big Commerce, Etsy, etc.
What are my options for backgrounds?
We can place your product on any colour background, or deliver a transparent .png file.
We can also create reflections for a glossy background look.
How long until I receive my photos?
For products on white, we will deliver the finished images within 5 business days. Depending on the number of products we have to photograph, a rush option is available which brings delivery time down to 2 business days.
